Prices

All prices are indicated  in EUR. Prices are excl. VAT and excl. shipping costs. The latest, actual prices are communicated. On our website and in our webshop. Prices communicated in brochures and other printed materials have been reserved. 

We charge VAT for products as well as shipping costs, according to Dutch Tax and Customs Administration. 

Orders

An order can be established in our web shop, or by e-mail. The data supplied by you will only be used by for fulfilment purposes. Your data are never supplied to third parties. As soon as an order is placed, you'll get a confirmation by e-mail. You don't get any invoice on paper. If you do not have an e-mail address, we'll send you the order confirmation by mail. 

Payments 

The order confirmation is the invoice as well. On special request we can send you a regular invoice. You can request this by e-mail, by phone or through the comments box in the webform. This invoice will be sent via e-mail as well.  As soon as we have received your payment (by your transfer via bank) your order will be shipped within a couple of days. All data for these payments can be found on the order confirmation. 

Shipment 

We ship our parcels via TNT Post from Monday until Thursday. For schools/institutions we take school holidays into account. If we do not ship because of a holiday, these details can always be found on our website. 

Consignment on approval

You have the right to return products upon 14 days after delivery. You must ensure that the products are packed in the original packaging. Shipping costs for the return are at your own expense. Returns, compensation or withdrawal of products can no longer take place after this period. Returns are accepted only after contact by phone or e-mail; in that case you'll get the details of the return address as well. The products and the provided appendices must be unused and in state of purchase (the original, undamaged packaging). We do not accept returns which have no correctly paid postage. Return shipments are at risk of the purchaser, who also has to pay for these return shipments. Once we have received and checked the products, you'll get your payment refunded. You cannot get any compensation for the shipping costs. 

Failures: complaint periods 

You need to examine the purchased material at delivery or as quickly as possible. You need to examine whether it meets the agreement and check whether the correct products have been delivered; 

1. Whether the quantity and the model of the delivered product(s) correspond with the agreement. 

2. If any visible lacks or shortages are observed, the purchaser should communicate these within 48 hours after delivery. 

3. Non-visible lacks should be communicated at latest within 3 months after delivery. 

4. Products can only be returned after preceding consent from The Colourclock. 

5. The Colourclock guarantees that the provided clocks are free of design -, material-and production errors and gives a warranty of 3 months after delivery. 


Procedure for returns, in case of failures

Returns are possible only after consulting The Colourclock. It is stipulated telephonically whether the clock with failure has to be returned or not. In that case The Colourclock pays for the shipment. If a clock shows design -, material - or production errors, the purchaser  will get a new clock. 

Delivery from stock

We deliver from stock. If this is not the case, it is communicated on our website during the order process. In case we cannot deliver within 2 weeks (after we have received your payment) , you will be informed of this. If a new delivery period is inconvenient for you, you can cancel your order and the amount paid will be refunded  on your account. 

Dissolution of the agreement

If you have placed an order with us, we count on you to do the payment as soon as possible. If we do not get any payment within 6 weeks after the date of order, we will send you a reminder per e-mail.  If we do not get any response within 3 weeks after that, we will send another reminder. If we don't get any response by then, your order will be expired.
